A bit of a weird one, this. Ankara is the capital of a Mediterranean country, but it's about 200 miles from the Mediterranean itself – and about 100 miles from the Black Sea.
On the other hand, if you did think of Ankara as a possible answer, you'd probably think it was a pretty good shout.
